Terms and Conditions:
- The Afternoon Bites is available at the Mozzarella Restaurant & Bar, and Pool Bar.
- The Afternoon Bites benefit is valued at IDR 300,000/room/stay.
- Any amount exceeding IDR 300,000/room/stay will incur a charge for the discrepancy only.
- No refund will be given for any unused benefit.
- The Afternoon Bites benefit cannot be accumulated.
- The Afternoon Bites can only be used during the stay in the hotel and cannot be cashed out.
- This benefit is not combinable with any other promotion.
- The hotel reserves the right to change any promotion without any prior notice.
Payment Policy
A full amount of the entire stay is required upon the booking made and it's nonrefundable.
In compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel's prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellation policy
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
No cancellation or amendment will be permitted once booking is confirmed. 100% of accommodation charge will be applied at time of booking.
